Microsoft
Licensed Kodak Color Management technology to MS that shipped as part of the core OS with Windows 95/NT.
Joint Development & Marketing Agreement to develop & co-brand Microsoft PictureIt! 1.0 and associated Kodak web printing services.
Licensed OLE Structured Storage from Microsoft for use in the FlashPix file format.

Founded and organized the International Color Consortium (www.color.org) along with brokering an agreement between Apple, Microsoft & Sun to use a common device profile format in their operating systems.
Developed ASP-hosted services business for Trellix including structuring initial Strategic Alliance with Lycos to use Trellix web publishing tools for their community properties (Angelfire & Tripod) and gaining access to Lycos technology for use in the Trellix offering.

Firsts:
In 1987, launched the first 24-bit CCD color scanner and plain-paper full color printer into the desktop computing market.
In 1986, launched a pioneering audiotex information service, Adline, that made The Talking PhoneBook talk. Deployed eleven networked systems in New England and Arizona to support rapid expansion. Developed innovative new audio information services used to draw people to the service including establishing alliances with Dow Jones, United Media and a network of local information providers.
In 1983, launched Boston CitiNet, the first regional advertiser-supported online service. Licensed the platform to Pacific Bell for use in the Victoria Project where the Town of Danville was wired for online services.
