 Firsts:
 In 1987, launched the first 24-bit CCD color scanner and plain-paper full color printer into the desktop computing market.
 In 1986, launched a pioneering audiotex information service, Adline, that made The Talking PhoneBook talk. Deployed eleven networked systems in New England and Arizona to support rapid expansion. Developed innovative new audio information services used to draw people to the service including establishing alliances with Dow Jones, United Media and a network of local information providers.
 In 1983, launched Boston CitiNet, the first regional advertiser-supported online service. Licensed the platform to Pacific Bell for use in the Victoria Project where the Town of Danville was wired for online services.
